Dan Packard is a board certified trial lawyer who has been lead counsel in dozens of high stakes jury trials. Dan has achieved many substantial jury awards on behalf of his clients. In addition, Dan briefs and argues his own appellate work. He has broad experience including False Claims Act cases, shareholder derivative actions, class actions, commercial disputes, medical malpractice actions and products liability suits. Dan has also been a continuing legal education instructor on the False Claims Act. Dan is licensed to practice law in Texas, Louisiana, and in various Federal courts. He is a member of the American Association of Justice and the Texas Bar Foundation.
Dan graduated in 1994 cum laude from the J. Reuben Clark School of Law at Brigham Young University. He was a regional moot court champion while in law school and was a champion debater as an undergraduate. Dan is married to Alison McBride, and they have four children.
