Jacquetta Bardacos is an accomplished attorney who works in business litigation, class action suits, and whistleblower cases under the False Claims Act. Ms. Bardacos studied at the University of California at San Diego, receiving a B.A. with high honors. Her J.D. was earned in 1988 at the University of Santa Clara, where she earned two esteemed awards: the Dean’s List and the Law Review.
In 1987, while studying at law school, Ms. Bardacos worked as an intern for the honorable Nat A. Agliano, Presiding Judge of the Sixth Appellate District in the California Court of Appeal. She authored the article, “Premises Liability: Alternative Tort Causes of Action” that same year (26 Santa Clara Law Review 719).
Ms. Bardacos is a member of the State Bar of California.
