Scott Atkinson directs and oversees all corporate functions including financial, personnel, litigation support, real estate, investment and charitable activities. He also provides in-depth analytical review of case matters, agreements, and negotiations.

Mr. Atkinson joined PP&J in 1998 from private practice where he functioned as Chief Operating Officer, CFO, and Consultant for various mid-size Silicon Valley, CA companies. This included taking the lead of companies in the software, corporate training and commercial construction industries. He is also an experienced residential developer.

Previously, Mr. Atkinson worked with Ernst & Young as part of their Business Development and Assurance practices, specializing in the Life Sciences Group and the Japanese Business Group.

He holds multiple degrees in Accounting, Microbiology, Japanese and Business Administration from Brigham Young University. He is married to Kim Hill and they have 3 children.
