Since Crank's first alpha release on April 2, 2010 the application has processed well over one million, eight and a half by eleven pages of electronic data. One million pages is 2,000 reams of paper, a ream being five hundred pages. A ream of paper carries the designation 20 lbs, and that 20 lb stands for the amount of trees that need to be consumed to make that ream of paper. So 2,000 reams of paper is 40,000 pounds of trees. That's a small forest!
