Lon Packard has vast experience within class action lawsuits, business litigation, and whistleblower cases under the False Claims Act. For nearly thirty years he has helped clients win complex and profitable cases. Mr. Packard earned his bachelor degree from Stanford University in 1974. He attended Brigham Young University and earned his J.D. cum laude in 1976. In his third year there, he made its prestigious Law Review. Mr. Packard is a member of the State Bar of California, the Utah State Bar, the Consumer Attorneys of California, and The Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
